Intended Audience of Websites
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 14. As a result, our website does not request or knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 14. If we learn that personally identifiable information of persons under 14 years of age has been collected on the STEL Site without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

Law that Applies; Interpretation and Modification

YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLE WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO CLAIM THAT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM TO HEAR CLAIMS AND DISPUTES.
These Terms of Use are governed by the substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
